Damages in transport, visible on the product packaging, the buyer is obliged to immediately report to the courier who delivers the goods, as well as to the Merchant within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

The consumer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form.
Products returned due to withdrawal from the contract must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging.
After the expiration of 14 days from the day he sent the request for withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return them in correct and unused condition and the original undamaged packaging, and the original invoice must be attached.
To the customer who has withdrawn from the contract in accordance with these conditions, the refund is made after determining the correctness of the product to the current account of the customer specified in the Statement of withdrawal from the contract.
The trader undertakes to return to the buyer the amount paid by the buyer under the contract, no later than 15 days from the receipt of the statement of withdrawal and after receipt of the product. If the goods returned due to withdrawal from the contract are paid to one of the payment cards, in part or in full, the funds will be returned to the cardholder's account.
